Hello Lovelies,

I hope you had an amazing weekend celebrating love and maybe even had an extended weekend with President’s Day today!

I wanted to share a little bit about our Valentine’s Day yesterday, because as usual we spent the day in Arcadia and this spot is too good not to share!

I know in my previous post (you can view it here) I gave you a few suggestions for romantic spots around Arcadia for that special Valentine’s day date. It’s not that Matt and I weren’t feeling romantic yesterday, but we wanted somewhere that was relaxing and fun. Luckily one of our favorite spots for that atmosphere is just up the street called Chelsea’s Kitchen.

Chelsea’s Kitchen is located off 40th street and Camelback, right on the canal which makes it a super convenient place for Matt and I to ride our bikes to. And with this 80 degree weather in February, we would be silly not to!

My favorite time to be at Chelsea’s Kitchen is on the weekends because their brunch is phenomenal. Matt and I sat outside on their patio enjoying the beautiful day, while sipping on a bloody mary (for him) and a bottomless mimosa (for me)!

Their entire menu is amazing, but my dish of choice is the eggs benedict (they even have a crab cake benedict if you are feeling decadent!).  For dessert, we ordered some of their homemade gelato and enjoyed the beautiful “winter” weather.

All in all, it was the perfect way to start a day celebrating love.  What did you do for Valentine’s day?
