This rainy, gloomy weekend in Phoenix has been amazing! I’ve been able to relax, get things done around the house (like finally take down my Christmas decorations!) and put the finishing touches on this blog post to share with you!
If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen a few of my posts mentioning JORD Wood Watches (and how cute my hubby looks wearing one), so I wanted to share my thoughts on this new wood watch trend.
The best part? There is a giveaway at the end of this post, so keep reading and you might be able to win some cash towards your own wood watch!
When I first received Matt’s JORD watch, I was very impressed with the packaging. The watch came in a unique wood box that doubles as it’s case. It also came complete with cleaning solution and a cloth to help keep the watch in mint condition. The other thing I noticed was that the watch itself is very lightweight, especially in comparison to some of the metal watches he owns.
Aside from these practical pluses with this men’s watch, I also love the striking design. Each piece of the wooden band is unique with the grains and grooves of the sandalwood it is made with. The deep burgundy face dresses up the watch, yet compliments the casual nature of the wood perfectly. The clasp is also uniquely designed, folding into the center and allowing for more flexibility on sizing.
JORD uses different types of wood and has a variety of different face colors, but if you like the dark wood and deep burgundy look, here’s a link to this watch. Check out their men’s watches as a great Valentine’s Day gift for your special someone. Or if you are looking for something for yourself, view their women’s watches here.
And now…for the giveaway! JORD has offered a giveaway of $100 towards any of their watches if you win, BUT you get $25 towards your purchase just for entering!
The contest will end on 1/22/2017 at 11:59pm
The $100 and $25 codes will expire on 2/28/2017 (giving you enough time to make this a great Valentines Day gift!).
