Happy Monday Lovelies!
I have been so excited to put this blog post together for you all because 1) I get to share all about one of my favorite Arcadia restaurants, True Food Kitchen, and 2) I received pictures from our shoot with the incredibly talented Jessica Rae Photography! I’ll try to tone down the exclamation marks and excited tone, but no promises!
True Food Kitchen is a foodies dream. It blends amazing taste with healthy dining options, which means you don’t have compromise one or the other! Not many restaurants can say that!
True Food’s menu is complete with fresh juices (and cocktails!), salads, flatbreads, and of course a variety of in-season entree options. Matt’s favorite dish is their Spicy Panang Curry; I love their salmon and spaghetti squash casserole. Honestly, I have tried a few different things on their menu and you can’t go wrong. Last weekend while dining at True Food I also had the opportunity to try a new dessert that became an instant favorite – their Lemon Ginger Ice Cream – AMAZING!
One other really important thing when you are dining out is the ambiance, and True Food definitely has this one down! The restaurant is dawned with a completely open kitchen so restaurant-goers can watch their food being prepared. Complete with white subway tiles, dark wooden beams, and green succulents everywhere, True Food Kitchen bears a light and fresh, yet cozy atmosphere. Adding to the experience, the staff is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about their menu items.
One other thing worth mentioning – True Food Kitchen is expanding so even if you aren’t able to visit their flagship location here in Arcadia, you can visit them in other areas across the valley and even across the U.S.! Add this one to your list and check out True Food Kitchen soon!
